House of Delegates

About the HOD

All of the District Delegates together make up the House of Delegates which is the governing body of the NTT Faculty Association.  The House of Delegates meets six times per academic year; three times in the fall and three times in the spring.

A District Delegate is your representative

A District Delegate is a Non-tenure track Faculty member, a colleague, who has volunteered his or her time to be a contact point between you and the NTT FA.  Delegates answer any questions you have regarding the Association, they distribute information to you regarding bargaining, meetings, and they help you in the event there is any violation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

Interested in becoming a District Delegate?  Contact Eileen Waldron, interim Chair of the House of Delegates, ewaldron@siu.edu or any member of the Executive Board.
