An 83% YES vote of the membership declared that: “Absent a ratified Collective Bargaining Agreement and on the recommendation of the NTT-FA bargaining team, the House of Delegates is authorized to call a strike no earlier than October 6, 2011.”

Turnout was over 81% of members voting.
